Hey, I’m Kartikey, founder of Voice at Peace.
I’m not just a CBT coach. I’m also someone who has personally walked through the storm of OCD and anxiety. I know how exhausting it can feel to carry that invisible weight inside your mind every single day.

Yes. Along with OCD, I also work with anxiety disorders, depression, and insomnia.
Yes. Couple counseling is available via video call.
The first session includes assessment of symptoms, explanation of CBT and my therapeutic approach, goal setting, and a simple initial homework.
Each session is approximately 45–60 minutes long.
