Hey, I’m Kartikey, founder of Voice at Peace.

I’m not just a CBT coach. I’m also someone who has personally walked through the storm of OCD and anxiety. I know how exhausting it can feel to carry that invisible weight inside your mind every single day.

The endless doubts that OCD throws at you about your sexuality, morality, faith, or relationships. Questions that keep looping in your mind without ever feeling fully answered.

And the nights can be the hardest. When the world is asleep, your mind is still awake, replaying thoughts and worries.

Sometimes life can begin to feel heavy and colorless. Relationships feel strained, motivation fades, and it may seem like everything inside you is quietly fighting its own battle.

But it doesn’t have to stay this way.

Any Questions

How many sessions are required to recover from OCD?

A minimum of 5 sessions is compulsory to build a strong therapeutic base. Further sessions depend on individual progress and needs.

Do you treat mental health issues other than OCD?

Yes. Along with OCD, I also work with anxiety disorders, depression, and insomnia.

Is video call available for couple counseling?

Yes. Couple counseling is available via video call.

What should I expect in the first session?

The first session includes assessment of symptoms, explanation of CBT and my therapeutic approach, goal setting, and a simple initial homework.

How long is each session?

Each session is approximately 45–60 minutes long.
