• If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

4. Appointments & Bookings

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Accurate information must be provided during booking.
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments

• All payments must be made in advance.
• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
• All prices are displayed in INR (₹).
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

7. Client Responsibility

• Clients acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and results are not guaranteed.
• You are solely responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from coaching sessions.

8. Limitation of Liability

VoiceAtPeace.com shall not be held liable for:

• Personal decisions or actions taken by clients
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control
