1. Nature of Services

All services offered on VoiceAtPeace.com are coaching-based and educational in nature. We do not provide medical treatment, therapy, clinical counseling, or psychiatric services.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled coaching session.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• The session is cancelled within the allowed 24-hour timeframe.
• The session is cancelled by VoiceAtPeace.com due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Duplicate payments or confirmed technical errors in billing.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Missed appointments (No-shows).
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session).
• Completed coaching sessions.
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations after session completion.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Payment Failures

If your payment is deducted but your booking is not confirmed:

• Please contact us immediately with transaction details.
• After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
